FILMAR Photography is owned and maintained by Phil Graham as a highly reputable hobby business.

The name FILMAR came into being in 1982 from a friendship between Phil and Martin Garroway who were working for Royal Mail in Darlington. Martin has moved away but Phil continues to work for the company. He is also the official photographer for Bishop Auckland football club and Bishop Auckland St.Mary’s (Under 18’s) football team who play in the Teesside Alliance.

Phil has over twenty five years experience of taking family and personal portraits along with weddings and a wide range of social and domestic events. His work has been published in regional newspapers, magazines and sporting publications.

FILMAR Photography offer a comprehensive range of ‘no obligation’ quotations in addition to our advertised services to clients who seek an affordable, no-frills range of photographic services which may not be listed on this website.

At FILMAR Photography we believe in offering value for money born from the recognition that everybody wants high quality photos to keep and treasure for years to come but not everybody can afford the fees charged by many of today’s professionals.

FILMAR Photography does not seek to engage in competition with professional photographers, nor do we wish to undermine the excellence of the service which many professionals offer.
